Vernal, meaning “of the spring,” “new,” and “fresh,” and equinox, meaning “equal” — Vernal Equinox is a turning point when daylight begins to take over the darkness and we collectively experience the balance of the day and night. Nature embodies the spirit of this season with buds, blossoms, and bursts of color. Energetically we often feel an intuitive pull toward awakening, refreshment, and creativity.
